Shipping Policy and Fees

GDM Graphics ships reliably through UPS by ground shipping policyShipping fees are calculated based on different criteria such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, and proceed to checkout. You will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional charges prior to billing of your credit card. Due to price fluctuation on items, our shipping policy does not offer price protection on products already shipped.

Please select tow-day air or overnight delivery for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. These orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APOs. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method. The adjusted shipping rate will be added to the order total.  Over-sized products such as screens and equipment may be subject to additional shipping fees.

We will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time. However, GDM Graphics is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers.  GDM Graphics bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: weather storms, employee strikes or any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers.

Return & Restocking Policy

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5% of the total transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may not begin before a few days, up to 3 business days, from the time your return is received.

If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 2-3 business days before a credit is applied to your credit card or account.
